I'm honored and humbled by being asked to photograph Harvest Week here in Denver again this year. So many restaurants, so many amazing dishes, hard-working chefs, enthusiastic foodies, and the palpable energy of the Grow Haus all made for another amazing and fruitful week. Seeing so much love, honesty, and local ingredients go into executing this incredible week continues to baffle and awe me. How lucky we all are to live in a city that cares so much about farm to table food with an environmental mind. A huge shout-out to all the employees, volunteers, and guests who help make this magical week come to life. Eat on, Denver...and with a sound mind.
