These two. What can I say about these two incredible people with two incredible stories?? I was honored to be asked to photograph this wedding. Malia & Esteban waited a very long time for each other, but the wait was WORTH IT. Not only are they perfect for each other, they are welcoming their first little one in October. What an event to celebrate! The Boathouse at Wash Park was the perfect backdrop for this understated, but completely beautiful wedding. It was a hot one that day, but the sun offered gorgeous light over the lake while it set, lighting the sky afire in rich pinks and blues. Pinche Tacos and Sweet Cow Ice Cream kept bellies full. And this AMAZING couple even smuggled down a Wisconsin-favorite beer, Spotted Cow, brewed by New Glarus (a personal favorite of mine!). I'm so elated for you two to start this next chapter of your lives together. I simply can't wait to meet your firstborn. Thank you so much for including me in such a special way on your big day!
